We are in the process of applying for a Practitioner of Foreign Law Permit from the Law Society of British Columbia to enable Leila Soltani to provide legal services in Iranian law from our North Vancouver office.
Leila Soltani is a paralegal in the immigration department at Pax Law Corporation, where she has been a valued team member since 2021. She is an accomplished Iranian lawyer and has been a member in good standing of the Iranian Central Bar since 2006.
While she does not practice Iranian law in Vancouver, Leila is open to serve as an expert witness on Iranian legal matters in near future. She also brings extensive experience in legal education, having taught private law and the law of contracts at several Iranian universities. Additionally, her role as an arbitrator for the Iranian Central Bar further highlights her legal expertise.
Leila has also completed a comprehensive legal administration program, equipping her with advanced skills in legal office procedures, document preparation, and administrative support. She is highly proficient in legal terminology, file management, and specialized legal software, with knowledge spanning family law, corporate law, litigation, and real estate law.
