Leila Soltani

We are in the process of applying for a Practitioner of Foreign Law Permit from the Law Society of British Columbia so that she can practice Iranian Law from our North Vancouver office.

Leila Soltani is a paralegal at Pax Law Corporation’s immigration department. She joined the team in 2021. She is an accomplished Iranian lawyer who has been a member of the Iranian Central Bar in good standing since 2006.

While she does not practice Iranian law in Vancouver, Leila can be an expert witness on Iranian legal matters. In addition to her managerial role, she has experience as an instructor at several universities in Iran, specializing in private law. Leila also held the position of arbitrator for the Iranian Central Bar, further demonstrating her expertise in the field.

She completed a comprehensive program in legal office procedures, document preparation, and administrative support.

She also gained proficiency in legal terminology, file management, and specialized software, with family, corporate, litigation, and real estate law knowledge.
