How to Pay Pax Law Corporation

1. Pay with Interac e-Transfer

2. Pay by Credit Card Over the Phone
To pay retainer fees by credit card over the phone, contact our administration team directly at +1-(604)-767- 9529. Transactions are processed securely, and receipts are issued immediately via email.
3. Pay in Person
Clients can make payments in person via debit card, credit card, bank draft, or cash at our North Vancouver location:
- Office Address: Suite 233 – 1433 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver, BC V7M 2H9
- Cash Limit Policy: Under Law Society regulations, Pax Law Corporation cannot accept more than $7,500 CAD in cash for any single client matter. Clients paying in cash must bring the exact amount.
How to Pay Pax Law Corporation
Can someone else make a payment toward my legal fees?
Yes, third-party payments are accepted. The sender must specify the client’s full legal name in the payment memo so the funds are correctly credited to your legal file.
What is the maximum cash payment accepted by Pax Law?
In accordance with Law Society compliance rules, the cash payment limit is strictly $7,500 CAD per legal matter. Payments exceeding this amount must be completed via bank draft, card, or electronic transfer.
When will my payment reflect in my trust account?
Credit card and in-person payments are recorded immediately. Interac e-Transfers and bank direct deposits typically settle within 1 to 2 business days.
